Sometimes, no matter how careful you are, your jewellery can break especially when its a dainty chain. As we love keeping our customers happy and know how heartbreaking it can be when a piece of jewellery you wear all the time breaks, we have decided to offer a repair service.
You will need to send us back your jewellery and we will repair it and send it back out to you.
If you can, please return your jewellery in its original box so it is protected during transit.
Repairs will be done within 5 days of receiving your jewellery

*please note that the customer is responsible for the postage cost in returning the item of jewellery to us. The above price only covers the cost of repair. We also cover the return postage to you.
